As General Contractors we are jack of all trades. We range from doing one item jobs such as steel building construction to a complete project within our own company. We handle everything for you from applying for permits to insuring that the project is completed within the budget in a timely manner. ARJK either bids for the entire job and completes it with its own forces which is usual in smaller projects or we subcontract various specialties to other trades such as electrical, heating, and plumbing on larger work. 

Either way, ARJK is responsible to the investor or owner for successful completion of the work in a timely manner. We as General Contractors are responsible for the coordination of all trades and the progress schedule and as such run the work site like a tight ship. We understand that others are economically dependent upon our management and labor skills and we strive to work fairly, economically, and expeditiously to resolve disputes and changes that inevitably occur.
